• 1. Payment for the Services or solutions must be made in full before The Neo Consultancy will commence work.
• 2. If the Client cancels the Services or refuses delivery, The Neo Consultancy reserves the right to retain any fees paid by the Client.

• 1. The Neo Consultancy retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including any Intellectual Property rights.
• 2. The Client acknowledges that the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other Intellectual Property laws.
• 3. The Client may not use the Services in a manner that infringes on The Neo Consultancy Intellectual Property rights

• 1. The Neo Consultancy agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client.
• 2. The Neo Consultancy will not disclose any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client

• 1. The Neo Consultancy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Services provided, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by The Neo Consultancy gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 2. The maximum liability of The Neo Consultancy under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

• 1. Either party may terminate these terms and conditions at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
• 2. Upon termination, the Client must cease all use of the Services and return all confidential information to The Neo Consultancy
